As the first tenants are getting settled at our brand new HAavn towers, below you can find how to potentially live there next year:
For availability in 2023 , make sure to apply around or after spring time 2023.
> Registration: complete your profile
- Enter your preferences at your profile page
- Upload all required documents*
- Press the "i'm ready" button once all files are uploaded
- Then we will screen your profile
* On your profile page the required documents are indicated. If you encounter troubles uploading your documents, first try to make them smaller; resize them.
> Sign up for a viewing
- You can sign up for a viewing, even if your profile is not complete yet
- In case you’re already sure that you want to come live at hAavn, it’s not necessary to attend a viewing
- In case you are not able to attend a viewing, it is not necessary schedule a viewing. You will still be eligible if your profile has been approved
- The sooner your profile is approved, the greater the chance we will offer you an apartment. This doesn’t depend on your viewing preference
> Next steps
- Once your profile is approved by us, you are eligible for one of our studio’s. If we are able to match you to one of the studio’s that suits your preference, we will send you a contract, along with a document with additional information and tips.
- We will be sending out offers from around spring 2023 onwards, once we know which studio’s will become available in the summer of 2023.
